However in some cities they are allowed in the green bin simply due to the frequency of pickups (weekly for green bin vs bi-weekly for regular garbage) and not having to keep around smelly diapers for 2 weeks. +2.

But the thing is they never left any instructions or flyers or anything for the residents.
